My name is Hedar, I am the Director and Course Leader at Hijama For Females. I am a Biomedical Scientist with over eight years of experience in cupping therapy. My work is rooted in both clinical knowledge and the Sunnah of Hijama, ensuring it is taught and practised safely, ethically, and professionally.

I am committed to empowering women through accredited, in-depth training that prioritises competence, confidence, and real-world application. Through structured teaching and supervised practical training, I support sisters in developing the skills, understanding, and professionalism required to practise Hijama responsibly, whether within their communities or as qualified therapists in their own businesses.
